Thank you for your interest in applying to the YANMAR EVO//Center Farmers Market. In this application, you’ll tell us more about your goods and services.


We are thrilled to recognize and celebrate the contributions of Georgia agriculture by: providing a place for local sustainable farmers/growers to sell their goods directly to consumers, assisting business who sell food, farm and sustainability themed goods and to bring together people from all walks of life from throughout our community.


No vendor fees or entry fees to the public.

Market Rules

Space Assignment
Space shall be generally defined as 12' x 12'. Vendors are responsible for setting up their space and keeping it clean. Canopies or umbrellas are allowed.


  • Vendor Set-up time options:

    • 2:00PM-4:30PM Friday Mach 15, 2019. (Please insure all tents are tied/weighted down. We are not responsible for any damages to displays/booths left overnight.

    • 6:30AM-7:30AM Sat March 16, 2019. All vendors must have booths ready to go by 7:30AM.


  • Please bring your own tables and chairs and your own table covering(s). Nothing shall extend in to the space of another vendor unless agreed upon by both parties.

  • If providing food samples, you will need to bring your own small trash container for the public to disperse their trash.



General Rules and Regulations
All products must be grown or otherwise produced by the vendor. "Vendor" shall be defined as the producer of goods sold and shall include the spouse, siblings, children, parents and employees of the applicant who assist in the cultivation, production and/or sale of goods produced at the address listed on the application.

Local, sustainable family farms and related businesses are our preferred partners, emphasizing our focus on social, economic, and environmental sustainability. 


Sales Tax
Each vendor will operate as an individual business entity and as such, each vendor is responsible for collecting his/her own sales taxes, where applicable. Whereas farmers selling their own produce directly to consumers are exempt from sales takes, value-added producers (i.e. bakers, preserve-makers) may be required to pay sales tax and other taxes. Each vendor shall adhere to local, state and other applicable regulations as they pertain to said vendor.


It is the responsibility of each vendor to clean up the booth space at the end of the event. Vendors shall be responsible for the cleanliness of their space during market hours. All vendors shall bring trash bags and keep their space free of debris. Vendors shall not use the YANMAR EVO//Center trash receptacles for disposal of produce boxes and unsold produce. All trash shall be removed from the site by the vendor.


Health Regulations
All vendors participating in “Ag at the EVO” shall comply with the sanitary rules and regulations of the County and State Health Departments. All food must be properly displayed, fresh and grown and/or prepared in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.


No firearms. No alcoholic beverages. No drugs.
